Return Process

  Initiate Your Defusal

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email to select the items that didn't quite land on their feet.

  Pack the Loot

  Place your items back in their original packaging—ensure they are free of cat hair and glitter—and include the printed packing slip.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, stick it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await the Explosion

  Once our team inspects your return, we will trigger your refund or ship out your exchange faster than a played See the Future card.
